This is a ident for channel 4. I really like these kind of effects and everyone nows them now but channel 4 is a lot more imaginative than the itv and bbc with theirs.

I like this advert because of the way it makes pc look. By making them look nerdy and very formal and then changing the view to mac and making it look informal and very down to earth looking cool and making pc look uncool.

As this images shows Barclays can also be quite formal were as the advertisement on tv is quite funny and informal more of a happy go lucky approach. Were as this advert is promoting to help your carbon foot print.
This image is howard from the halifax advert this image is supposed to be funny so you will remember it and open an account with them the tune is also very catchy so you will remember it this all leads to people going to there branches.
This is the exact same as the sprite once again it immersed in water trying to give the impression of the drink being refreshing. Out of the two products i prefer the coca cola advertisements as there more imaginative and better created.
This sprite picture again shows there product in water this must be there style trying to appeal to people by making it feel refreshing.
Microsoft have made a perfect console for the younger audience its bold chunky and very informal so it's not too posh and over done. They have created many types of body's for the console to appeal to the right target as you can see the black looks more formal and masculine just by the change of colour. Were as the white is more informal and very relaxed. In my opinion I prefer the xbox to the to playstation as its not to formal and over rated but more relaxed and happy like gaming should be.
This image is a perfect example of how playstation wanting there product to be more formal and professional. There body of the console is very shinny and sleek very clean cut and nicely finished but maybe to nicely finished for a games console.
As you can see strongbow is more of a summer, party, bbq type of drink as its slogan says total refreshment
This image shows that carlsberg is more of the football fan type of drink something to have when your socializing unlike strongbow which is a party drink
Out of the two videos chosen I found that the playstation advert as the most boring advert ever its was so dull and weird. Were as the xbox 360 advert was so much happier and lively. The music on the playstation was dull and to formal for what the product is plus the voice over was very formal almost like advertising a new love film. But contrasting on that was xbox 360 with there happy dominos song by the big pink a band that most youths recognize and can relate too. Once again xbox 360 have applied to there specific target market were as playstation are trying to make gaming more formal which doesn't really work so in my opinion i prefer xbox's advert
This advert is released the same time as the coca cola one which is also about water and having fun this just shows that companies like these two make the same sort of advert at the same time to try and beat the opposition. They both have the same sort of style of music a slow soft rock band thats singing summer songs. Also they are both advertised with younger people to appeal to there target market. Out of the two adverts i prefer the coca cola advert to the sprite as it looks more fun and happier but the sprite leads a very cool illusion.
This compared to the halifax advert is so much better its more funny the music really gives it a more fun effect were as the halifax is funny but in a different way. They are both two fantastic adverts but the barclay card advert is much better in my opinion
With this advert for strongbow shows a more relaxed approach, were as the Carlsberg is a more professional and has a different target market as it's more for the football supporters and strongbow is aimed at the party people. I like both of these adverts abut my favorite out of the two is the carlsberg as it is just a much more clean cut and professional look.
